Our two younger dental technicians Miguel Gutierrez and Teddy Sotirov finished their their first course of Nobel Biocare at their facilities in Barcelona. The course was an introduction in how to use and properly operate the Procera Forte Scanner.

Clinica Estetica Dental acquires a CAD/CAM scanner by Nobel Biocare, which has its spanish headquarters in Barcelona. The scanner scans the models made by our technicians which in turn are replicas of the dental impressions made by the dentist. The scanned image is sent via internet to the headquarters of Nobel Biocare in Sweden where a procera crown, bridge or an alumina veneer is fabricated in their computerized industrial facilites.

First model scanned and sent to Sweden in order to get the first crown structure. Once we receive the crown our technicians blend the ceramic mass on top of the zirconia structure to match patient´s natural tooth color.
